For your order to be shipped the same day it must have been placed before 4pm.

Smaller orders weighing less than 1.5kg will be charged at £4.50 per package and will be delivered via Royal Mail for all other shipments via carriers, a signature will be required.

The standard delivery charge for larger orders will be £5.50 UK except northern Scotland the standard charge here will be £21.40. You would have to call the call centre for this service.

The standard delivery charge to Northern Ireland is £21.40. (all orders over £90.00 are delivered free (UK only) All deliveries are made between the hours of 9am and 6pm weekdays only. Unless you have requested and paid for a special guaranteed weekend delivery, the charge for this service will be £14.80. You would have to call the call centre for this service.

If the carrier is unsuccessful in delivering your order they will leave you a card to say they have called, and to rearrange a second delivery, usually the following day. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a further charge of £5.50 will have to be made for the third delivery. A signature is required.

All stock is subject to availability. If your item is out of stock, we will advise of the due in date via email, then you have the option of ordering a similar product or cancelling your order. All twin pack promotions, free gifts, and kits are subject to availability, and will cease to be valid once stock is no longer available.

All deliveries are sent standard parcel and can take up to 72hrs from dispatch from EPC Supplies premises. We endeavour to have the majority of orders placed delivered within two working days. We can deliver to your work address if this is more convenient or to your neighbours' address. You must allow the full 28 days for delivery before you lodge a claim for non delivery. Carriers, on occasion, have delays which are beyond EPC Supplies control.

Delivery charges to other regions and countries will be higher.

In the unlikely event of damage to your property in the course of delivery, the responsibility rests solely with the carrier and not EPC Supplies or its parent company.

EPC Supplies will not incur any liability in respect of any failure to deliver or a delay in delivery caused by the carrier, this will be beyond its control. In the case of any failure to deliver or delay in delivery by some cause within its control, EPC Supplies shall be under no liability or obligation to the Buyer in respect of any indirect or consequential loss.

Any complaint of short delivery or of damage to goods in transit must be notified within three days of receipt of goods and confirmed in writing at that time by the buyer to EPC Supplies and any complaint or failure to deliver goods invoiced must be so notified within ten days of the date of purchase. A working day in the UK is classed as Monday to Friday Not Weekends or Public Holidays.
