EPC Supplies will accept returns providing they have been handled with reasonable care and returned in the original packaging unopened.

We accept the return of faulty or unsuitable for purpose goods and will refund the cost of goods and carriage paid via our chosen carrier. 

All unwanted items must be in the original packaging. We will reply by e-mail with instructions on when the collection will be made.

To return an unwanted item, please contact us on 0800 542 9234 to authorise the return. If your product is damaged or faulty rather than unwanted, please contact us directly on 0800 542 9234 to discuss a replacement.

All unwanted goods will be subject to a 10% handling fee. This will be the price paid on order plus relevant taxes if returned to us as described above.

This does not include the cost of returning goods where the customer has changed their mind; in this case the customer must return the goods to us at their own expense within 14 days of receipt.

Any items returned must be in an unused and resaleable condition and in its original packaging.
